• Jim & Joyce We are on a road trip from Alaska in our '06 Ram 3500 Cummins dually with a heavy Bigfoot truck camper. Had a catastrophic failure in the Cummins, likely a fried piston. Options are limited these days and the truck has many upgrades specific to a Gen 3 so after talking with Jeremy and Buck a new Reman full Cummins replacement made sense. Although there were some shipping issues outside everyone's control the team at Neff's wasted no time getting us back on the road once the new motor arrived. Upside was we got to experience Elko up close and personal during our wait. Nice town, great people, and an excellent Diesel Shop. Much thanks
